Daihatsu Gran Max wins Marketing Award 2010

The success of the Daihatsu Gran Max accepted into products that people get rewarded. Gran Max was awarded "The Best Market Driving Company" in the event Marketing Award 2010 organized by Marketing magazine in cooperation with Frontier Consulting.
Imam Edyanto, Executive Coordinator, Marketing Communication PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) said this award is testament to the success of marketing strategies Daihatsu in opening new markets and drive the market potential (market driving).
"This award is spurred us to continue to innovate in creating a global standard of quality products that can be accepted by society with the right marketing strategy," said Imam Edyanto in his press conference on Friday (26/11).
Event Marketing Award 2010 was given to innovative companies in creating new things, have the best marketing strategy to enhance brand image and sales, and able to provide a unique and exciting experience to customers both in the product or service.
Daihatsu Gran Max as a commercial vehicle that has more haulage capacity and can function as a transportation versatile, reliable and economical engine, and an affordable price is very suitable to the needs of small and medium entrepreneurs.
Joint Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo) notes, the period from January to October 2010, the Gran Max has recorded sales of 13,936 units of Daihatsu's total sales of 93,198 units. Most donations are given the Gran Max Mini Bus 1.3L (6967 units), Gran Max Pick Up 1.5L (6137 units) and Gran Max Mini Bus 1.5L (832 units).

That car reminds me of Scion xB, I'm guessing that's the european version of it. I think it's an alright car, but buying used cars is always buying problmes..
