Hey, so my parents are getting me a used car and are having me research. I found a 2004 Toyota Camry LE for $2900. It came with a pic and looks really nice.
2004 Toyota Camry Stock No: 102848A Interior Color: Gray
Exterior Color: black Body type: 4 Door
Transmission: Auto VIN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Is the mpg good too? I'm a new driver, so I don't know much. I just got my license! Thanks for the help and opinions :)

Answer:
It is more than a good car, its the best in its class of mid size family sedans. It is the annual best seller for Toyota, up to 300,000 sold in the US annually. That says a lot about peoples confidence in this car, considering its also more expensive than other cars in this category.
Winter driving ability is largely determined by the type of tires you have on the car, good all seson tires at minimum with proper winter tires being ideal giving you extra measure of safety. Tires like Bridgestone Blizzak or Michelin x-ice.

Buying a used car or getting a car loan will not cause you any delay. The only problem when buying used car is that dealers often lies about the real condition of the car they're selling. The vehicle's mechanical condition is not as impeccable as the dealer led them to believe.
